Young Bulls For Sale - INCLUDING CARLISLE SALE RESULTS

Please find below a list of young bulls which we currently have for sale. We would be happy for you to come and view these at any time. We are also very happy for people to take options on bulls.

We only select the best of our bulls as potential Pedigree and Commercial stock bulls. Normally this is equates to the top 40% of any calf crop. The remainder of our bulls are finished at approximately 13-15 months for beef.

SOLD AT CARLISLE 26th FEBRUARY:

Romany 1 Federation A51 F10 - This Romany 1 Asteroid son was sold for 1900gns to work in a commercial herd serving Belgium Blue cross cows ang heifers.

Romany 1 Frontier A84 F13 - Frontier is an outstanding bull. He was the top performance bull available at the sale. He sold to Gordon Robson - Bottle Hill Herefords for the days top price of 2500gns. This is Gordon's third bull from us. Gordon looks to produce mainly female stock using absolutly no concentrate feeding for 365 days of the year. All cattle are fed on hay and silage for the winter and grass through the summer. Frontier is a very easy doing bull and should be a good addition to this established pedigree herd.

Romany 1 Foundation A84 F36 This bull was unsold at Carlsile when he failed to meet his reserve, we have since sold him to a commercial producer who was at the sale and went home for a think about him and came to the right conclusion!
